Zeus Juice Digital Advertisement
Zeus Juice is a vibrant, fun, imaginary energy drink brand I created. This project is part of my series where I design modern and lively products and service advertisements inspired by Greek and Roman deities.
Process
For this project, I designed a poster advertisement for an imaginary energy drink brand inspired by the Greek god Zeus. Known as the god of thunder and often depicted with a thunderbolt, Zeus symbolized raw power and energy. This made him a fitting (and slightly humorous) muse for an energy drink concept.
After researching Zeus, I brainstormed product names and logo ideas, then created several color variations of the can design using Adobe Illustrator. Once the final design was chosen, I used Adobe Photoshop to create a product mockup and returned to Illustrator to assemble the mockup with the poster background.
I used a vibrant blue and yellow color scheme: blue for the sky and yellow for the lightning bolt to reflect Zeus’s domain and the energetic feel of the drink. These complementary colors enhance visual impact. Outlined cloud graphics align with the 3D background clouds for cohesion, while a lightning bolt playfully connects to the ‘S’ in Zeus Juice. The layout creates balance, adds depth, and guides the viewer’s eye from the top left to the bottom right.
